Paula Wolff
Paula Wolff, Senior Executive at Chicago Metropolis
2020, was elected to the Board of Trustees of The
Johnson Foundation in 1993, and chairs the Audit Committee.
Chicago Metropolis 2020 is a civic organization implementing
policy initiatives and programs for regional action
and her work examines the criminal justice system
and reduction of youth violence, crime, and incarceration.
President of Governors State University from 1992-2000,
Dr. Wolff served as Director of Programs, Policy and
Planning in the Office of the Governor of the State
of Illinois from 1977-1990, has been a lecturer at
the Irving B. Harris School of Public Policy at the
University of Chicago and a Visiting Scholar at the
John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation. Dr.
Wolff chairs the University of Chicago Hospitals Board
and serves on the Boards of the Joyce Foundation,
Ariel Capital Management, Inc., the Golden Apple Foundation,
and the University of Chicago.
