The Johnson Foundation Provides:

Conference:

• Assistance in planning your conference and agenda.
• The exclusive use of our Wingspread conference facilities.
• Production and distribution of conference program and nametags.
• Audio recording of all plenary sessions.
• Audiovisual equipment and limited technology assistance.
• Conference supplies, including flip charts, markers, and the like.
• Copying and fax services during the conference.

Meals:

• Meal/menu planning.
• Full buffet breakfast.
• Full-service gourmet lunch and dinner.
• Before-dinner hospitality, including cocktails.
• Break service, including food and beverages.
• After-dinner hospitality, including cocktails.
• Guest pantries in Guest House stocked with snacks and drinks.
• Accommodation of dietary restrictions with advance notice.

Transportation:

• Ground transportation between Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport and Wingspread.
  (Please note there is limited taxi service in Racine.)

Limited Lodging Costs:

• Guest House lodging reservations, billing arrangements, etc.
• 60% of the operating costs of the Guest House. (see below)

Other:

• Full support of students selected as Wingspread Fellows.

The Johnson Foundation Does Not Provide or Reimburse:

Conference:

• Honoraria for speakers or participants.
• Outside facilitators.
• Recorders.
• Interpreters.
• Secretarial support.

Transportation:

• Air, train, or car travel expenses.
• Ground transportation to and from Chicago.
• Other travel expenses.

Lodging:

• Contact the Johnson Foundation for the current nightly rate. (This rate is 40% of the total cost of operating the Guest House. The Foundation pays the remaining 60% but does not pay for or reimburse any portion of the nighly rate.)
• Accommodations for spouses, children, or other guests.
