Accommodations
The Guest House contains 42 single occupancy rooms for your use. We reserve two of these rooms for potential Wingspread Fellows. Unlike a hotel, our Guest House is open only when a conference is in session. If you believe that your participants will be arriving a day earlier than the beginning of the conference (due to less expensive air fares or traveling from the West Coast, etc.) please discuss this with the Program Officer well in advance of your conference, so that we may make the necessary arrangements.

Spouses and Other Guests
Because Wingspread conferences are working events, we do not accommodate spouses, children, or other guests.

Room Rate
The room rate is $212 per night for 2008 (adjusted each January 1 for inflation). This rate is 40% of the total cost to operate the Guest House. The Foundation pays the remaining 60%.This rate includes a full buffet breakfast and evening hospitality. Additionally, guest pantries on each floor are stocked with complimentary beverages, snacks, and microwave meals. (Luncheons and dinners are included in the support provided by The Johnson Foundation and are served at Wingspread.)

Direct Billing
If your organization has funds available to pay for lodging costs, we can direct bill either the entire group or selected participants to the party responsible. Otherwise, participants will be charged individually. Your contact for these arrangements is the program assistant.

Internet Access
The Guest House has wireless access and is wired for high-speed Internet access and dial-up Internet access. You may either connect your computer network card to the Ethernet/LAN data port in your room (and throughout the facility) or connect your computer modem to the dial-up data port in your room. You will need to use your personal/business Internet service provider.

Our Guest House is a smoke-free facility.
