VCR/DVD
Overhead projectors
Slide projectors

  • The video and computer projector may be used with a laptop (yours or ours) and supports both PC and Macintosh platforms.
  • A PC laptop (Windows 2000 Professional, and Office 2000 Professional, PowerPoint and Word) and a LaserJet printer are available for your use with advance notice. If you are using Macintosh, you will need to bring your own laptop.
  • We have limited on-site support to assist you with your presentations.

Presentations
Presenters should e-mail PowerPoint presentations two days prior to the conference so we can load and test in advance of their arrival. Send presentations to David Mancuso. Presenters should be prepared with a back-up disk and transparency copies of their presentation.

All plenary sessions are recorded unless we are instructed to the contrary; CDs are available to the convening organization at the close of the conference. Recordings of the conference sessions will be made available to others only with your permission.

Internet Access
For your convenience, the Guest House is wired for high-speed Internet access and dial-up Internet access. You may either connect your computer network card to the Ethernet/LAN data port in your room or connect your computer modem to the dial-up data port in your room. You will need to use your personal/business Internet service provider.

Clerical Support
As a general rule, the Foundation does not provide clerical assistance for conferences. We can, however, arrange to have clerical help available at your request and at your expense. This arrangement should be discussed with the Program Officer.

Photography
The Johnson Foundation provides a professional photographer for one hour during your conference to capture a mix of plenary and small group sessions, generally on the second day. If you have a specific time you would like the photographer to be present, please contact the Program Assistant at least two weeks in advance of your conference. Our photographer will send to you a CD of the photos along with ordering information shortly after the conference.
